Service Description

There are so many things to think about as a new parent, so many decisions, and sometimes, so many concerns. This class will cover infant choking rescue and CPR and how to avoid having to use those skills. Working off the idea “if you can predict it, you can prevent it”, we will talk about common hazards for babies and toddlers how to avoid them. Creating a physically safe environment is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and your child. Apart from the obvious prevention of injuries, a safe environment can make you calmer and allows your baby to explore their environment more fully, promoting brain development and building connections. *This is an awareness class not a certifying class To register please email Equanimitybirth@gmail.com
