Service Description

personalized, rejuvenating and nourishing postpartum care. Enjoy the comfort of your postpartum doula supporting you in your home immediately after your baby has arrived or whenever you feel you would most benefit you and your home most. The services will be tailored to your specific needs but can include: Feeding support and education (breast/chest/bottle) Baby care Emotional support Relaxation and coping techniques Nourishing meal preparation Housework assistance Resources and referrals as needed Postpartum Doula Care schedule You have the flexibility to use your Postpartum Doula package on a personalized schedule agreed upon by you and your postpartum Doula. Visits need to be a minimum of 3 hours in length.
