Service Description

You spent months preparing for your labour and the birth of your baby, but what about once they are here? This class provides you with hand on learning as you navigate those first diaper changes, bathing baby, baby wearing, car seat safety and everything else that goes along with having a newborn and navigating postpartum. As well as helping parents develop a plan to care for themselves as well. This class allows parents to gain confidence both in deciding what is right for their family but also have the ability to gain practical experience before baby arrives.
